Rescheduling or Canceling
Milestone meetings must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
No-Shows or Late Rescheduling
A no-show or late reschedule occurs when a student:
- Does not attend a scheduled meeting, or
- Cancels/reschedules with less than 24 hours notice
We understand that unexpected situations happen. Students are permitted 1 no-show. Any additional no-shows or late cancellations will result in the Milestone being counted as complete, and therefore deducted from your total. Please reschedule as early as possible to avoid penalties and ensure continued support.
When meetings are missed or changed at the last minute, it becomes very difficult for our Admissions Strategists to manage their schedules. This not only disrupts their planning, but also takes away valuable time that could otherwise be spent supporting other students. If you need to reschedule or cancel, you're able to do so using the reschedule link at the bottom of the calendar invite, or your reminder email.
